All forms are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. To make sure you have the most current version Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it here.
- Be sure to save the forms to your computer first, so you can edit them. (You won’t be able to edit them in the browser). You can open them in the browser, then click the download icon when viewing on the full screen.
- To change font sizes and styles in editable fields, click your cursor in the field so it’s selected, then press CTRL+E (simultaneously) to open the font and style options:
