Memorial Day Weekend, May 27—30, 2016
Jackson Township Safety Center at Corner of Fulton Road NW & Wales Road NW, Massillon, Ohio.
At the end of May, the Jackson Township Rotary will continue an anticipated local tradition as they host their fifth annual Field of Honor® / Field of Heroes display of U.S. flags. These flags fly in honor of those serving in active military service, the veterans who served before them and all those who have become our personal heroes. This solemn formation each year draws the residents of Jackson Town, Canton, Beldon and surrounding communities together to experience a breathtaking and memorable panorama of red, white and blue. Flags fly in tribute to the heroes of our community: a family member, a friend, a veteran, a member of the armed forces, a favorite teacher, a coach, a mentor, a medical professional, a first responder or any other person who has made an impact on our lives.
All are invited to join with us in visiting and supporting this meaningful display of the Stars and Stripes. Those who have experienced past Jackson Township Field of Honor® displays understand its impact. This is an experience not to be missed.
