Gold Star Families Memorial Monuments honor the families of active military members who have paid the ultimate sacrifice. Made of black granite, these double-sided monuments bear the inscription, Gold Star Families Memorial Monument, a tribute to Gold Star Families and Relatives who sacrificed a Loved One for our Freedom on one side.
The Fort Lupton Field of Honor® honors Veterans, and first responders- Public Safety, Fire & EMS (and all emergency workers)– who have earned our gratitude in the present day and in the past. Fort Lupton’s Field of Honor® display of U.S. Flags brings the community and visitors together as 1,000 United States flags are posted at Pearson Park along the South Platte River.
Join us from May 23rd to 26th, 2025, for a powerful panorama as U.S. flags fly in solemn formation at Glacier High School. This remarkable display will unite our community in a heartfelt tribute to honor our heroes. Each flag symbolizes an individual and tells a unique story, with opportunities to sponsor a flag in honor of someone special. This event is the perfect chance for us all to remember and celebrate those who have served.
