Members of the U.S. military stand daily formations at home and overseas in ceremonies honoring their units, their organizations and the nation. The U.S. Army Airborne and Special Operations Museum annually posts United States flags in a formation on its Parade Grounds to honor the men and women of our Armed Forces who honor the Stars & Stripes through their service. It is fitting that our flag should honor those who have honored the flag.

Creating an awe-inspiring panorama, United States flags will fly in a solemn formation at our 3rd annual event from November 2nd through December 1st of 2024. These stirring displays of over 100 flags in four locations throughout the county will bring the community together in a patriotic tribute to honor our heroes.
Featuring a calendar full of events, Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage draws visitors throughout the year. In what has become an annual highlight, the Exchange Club of Donelson-Hermitage and the Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage – Presidential Site post a thousand U.S. flags on Victory Field bringing the 9th Annual Hermitage Field of Honor® display to the Nashville area.
