For the 15th year straight Reid Merrill Park will provide the inspiring setting for a Field of Honor® display of the Stars and Stripes. Thirteen was an important number to the founders, and thirteen is an important number in Eagle this year as the city hosts its 15th Annual Field of Honor® posting of U.S. flags at Reid Merrill Park.
The panorama of red, white and blue is hard to adequately describe, but once experienced it is not to be forgotten. There is no charge to visit the Field of Honor® display, and all are invited to walk with us through the ordered rows of flags.
Flags are sponsored for $30 with the sponsors retaining the flags at the close of the event, which can then be displayed in surrounding communities as mementos of this awe-inspiring event.
Eagle’s Field of Honor® display is a gift to the community made possible through donations, sponsorships and the efforts of many dedicated volunteers. You can show your support and gratitude by sponsoring a flag or making a donation. The flags will be on display over the days surrounding Memorial Day. Please support and visit Eagle’s 15th Annual Field of Honor®. For more information, you can visit www.eaglefieldofhonor.org
This local tradition is an event not to be missed.
