Veteran’s Day is a major event in our Northern Utah community as we honor our veterans and active-duty service members. We are excited that the 2nd annual North Ogden Field of Honor® flag display will be part of our community events this November.

From November 1st through the 15th, hundreds of flags will fly proudly at the Pleasant View City Offices. This will be an inspiring learning opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to experience.  We encourage the surrounding community to support this beautiful and respectful tribute to our local Veterans and take the opportunity to participate in this Field of Honor®.

Flags may be sponsored in tribute to individual heroes.  Honoring these men and women is especially appropriate and needed this year.

“Now more than Ever” is the perfect theme for the annual Field of Honor® display hosted by the Major Brent Taylor Legacy Foundation.

Proceeds will go to support the charitable services of the Major Brent Taylor Foundation.

The Foundation was founded by Mrs. Jennie Taylor, the proud wife, and Gold Star widow of Utah Army National Guard Major Brent Taylor.

This foundation provides scholarships for students that show outstanding service-oriented leadership. In addition to funding scholarships, the organization is committed to honoring our nation’s Gold Star & Surviving Families, Veterans, and military families by funding monuments across Utah.

The North Ogden Field of Honor® flag display is a gift to the community made possible through donations, sponsorships and the efforts of many dedicated volunteers.  You can show your support and gratitude by sponsoring a flag or becoming an event sponsor.
